Upon arrival, I was greeted with a delicious pinacolada and found the rooms to be well-appointed, comfortable, with a modern great taste that incorporated local decorative styles. The small outdoor swimming pool and exercise room were nice additions. The service was very welcoming and helpful, especially when assisting us in navigating to the hotel. The location, though perfect for visiting the Alhambra Palace, had some drawbacks with its accessibility to downtown Granada. The dining experience was not impressive, but the local restaurants were more affordable. The facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, especially the outdoor area which was gorgeous. However, the rooms got uncomfortably warm at times. The service was exceptional, with incredibly welcoming and helpful staff. The location was perfect for visiting the Alhambra Palace, being just steps away, although a bit of a walk to the town center. The dining experience surpassed my expectations with a wide variety of delicious offerings. Overall, a fantastic stay with a few minor drawbacks.
